Questions, answered

Is Pawhub free?
Yes — downloading, creating profiles, matching, chatting, and joining clubs are all free. Optional extras (like boosts and some premium features) use Pawcoins or a premium plan, but you never need them to enjoy the app.
Is it on iPhone and Android?
Both. Pawhub is on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android.
Where does Pawhub work?
Anywhere — the community is worldwide and the app speaks 15 languages. Some services, like the vet finder and pet hotels, are rolling out UK-first.
Is my home location visible to others?
No. Pawhub deliberately fuzzes map positions before they're ever stored, so other users only ever see an approximate area — never your address or exact spot.
How does adoption work?
Owners who need to rehome a pet create a listing; adopters apply with a short form and chat directly with the owner. Pawhub never charges fees for adoption and never handles payments — and we recommend never sending money to anyone you meet online.
How old do I need to be?
You must be at least 18 years old to use Pawhub — see our Terms of Service for details.
